Returns & Exchanges
Any damaged or defective merchandise when received must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We will accept returns of defective products for replacement for up to 15 days after the date of the invoice. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. Please provide a paper with your name, order number, order date, what you are returning, daytime telephone number, and the reason you are returning the product.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of invoice date. If you are unsure of your delivery date, please contact Rose Guardian. Refunds are only given as in store credit unless otherwise authorized by Rose Guardian personnel. The cost to ship the product back to Rose Guardian will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that you ship with tracking information and insurance via UPS Ground Only. The items must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included. Once we receive the return we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request. If an item is returned to us and found to be working, the customer is required to pay return shipping charges. The item must be returned in the condition it was received and in its original packaging. Products returned opened and not in original packaging will not be accepted. Products returned damaged by user will not be accepted.
If we receive your product without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not receive your store credit. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of pepper spray products due to wrong color, size or brand ordered. Refunds/Store Credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns. There is a 20% restocking fee for non-defective items. Refunds will be credited minus any shipping and handling charges that were paid by us and applicable restocking fees. You MUST contact us at returns@roseguardian.com for an RMA number and the address where the return must be shipped back to.
Please note: Pepper sprays will not by shipped by an overnight service. NOTE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TASER/STUN PRODUCTS BE RETURNABLE UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AND WILL ONLY BE REPLACED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY ORDER.
